Function Well, located in West End, Queensland, Australia, is a leading fitness and wellness destination designed to help members optimise their health while fostering a strong sense of community.
The facility brings together five purpose-built fitness environments under one roof, including:

- Hybrid Functional Gym Area (over 1,000 m²)
- HIT Studio
- Mind & Body Studio
- Reformer Pilates Studio
With performance, member experience and functionality at the core of the project, the flooring and acoustic systems required a solution capable of withstanding intense daily use while maintaining a premium aesthetic and exceptional acoustic performance.

The combination of these products provided a fully integrated solution that delivered durability, comfort, safety and acoustic control across the various training environments.
Function Well required flooring systems capable of supporting everything from high-impact functional training and strength zones through to wellness-focused spaces such as Pilates and Mind & Body studios.
To further enhance the facility, the REGUPOL sonusfit M517 acoustic system was incorporated throughout key areas of the project.
Designed specifically for high-impact environments, the system provides excellent vibration and sound isolation across a wide frequency range. This helps minimise the transmission of structure-borne noise generated by weights, exercise equipment and high-intensity training activities.
The result is a more comfortable training environment for members, improved acoustic separation between spaces and greater overall performance of the building.
The sleek design and functional performance of the flooring systems helped create a visually cohesive environment while supporting the diverse demands of each studio space.

By combining REGUPOL everroll classic kush, REGUPOL everroll ultimate kush and the REGUPOL sonusfit M517 acoustic system, Function Well achieved a premium fitness environment that balances performance, comfort and aesthetics.
